The products are primarily fresh. To ensure a tender quality product whole meat cuts should be stored in a cold fridge for 1-2 weeks (<4 degrees) before use or freezing. Grounded beef, cuts with bones and intestines should be used or frozen within some days.

We breed high quality Simmental cattle since 1991.

The Simmental is a Swiss cattle breed that thrives in the Finnish nature. It has a calm and gentle temperament.

It is important for us to take care of the surrounding nature and our animals.

The cattle pastures outside in the summer, often on natural pastures next to lakes and in forests. The calves are outside with their mother the whole summer.

They are efficient ground keepers. Natural pastures promotes diversity among flowers, insects and birds, and are often lent to pasture on other land owners estates for these benefits.
